Stephen Dockree.
Stephen is a Senior Financial Adviser with over 25 years in the industry. During that time he has worked for a national brokerage, a private bank in the City of London and has also run the financial services division of a busy accountancy practice in Surrey.
Stephen joined The Legal Brokerage Ltd in August 2008 and specialises in Corporate Financial Planning, advising businesses how to plan to minimise business risk, such as death/serious illness of a key Fee Earner/Director or Shareholder. He offers advice on shareholder/cross option agreements, to augment existing Memorandum and Articles of Association and similar arrangements for Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships.
Stephen’s expertise extends to the opportunities afforded by Small Self Administered Schemes (SASS or SIPPs) in business/pension planning. He is also adept at providing exit strategies that benefit both the retiring owners/drivers of businesses and the business itself.
For Individuals, Stephen advises on asset protection/wealth creation and is always keen to minimise personal or taxation!
Away from the office, Stephen exercises a keen imagination as an amateur caricaturist and artist. He has a passion for modern jazz music and a collection to match. He regularly turns out for a local football team, as a one time agile but now aging goal keeper – just to keep his hand in. He is married, with two grown up daughters who also work in Financial Services.
